Our check-in is from 3 pm to 10 pm. If you arrive later, please contact us. 
If you arrive earlier, we will take care of your luggage and you are welcome to stay or work in our lobby.

Check-out is at 12.00 noon. However, you are welcome to stay or work in our lobby for additional hours.

Park your car in the parking garage Casino or in the parking garage Post, which is located in the immediate neighbourhood. 
The exit ticket per night can be purchased for Fr. 15.00 at our reception.

The reception team is here for you daily from 6.15 am to 11.30 pm.

We serve our breakfast on weekdays from 7 am to 10 am, on Saturdays from 7 am 10 am and on Sundays from 8 am 10.30 am.

You are welcome to bring your pets with you. Please note that we charge an extra CHF 24.00 per pet per night. Please inform us when booking.

We are happy to wash your dirty clothes for an extra charge.

Available in all areas of the hotel free of charge.

Each room has individually controllable air conditioning.

We are a non-smoking house. You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette outside.

11.30 a.m. - 2.30 p.m. / 6 p.m. - 12 a.m.
Hot food from 11.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.
The restaurant is closed on Sundays.

With your room key you can independently enter or leave the hotel.

If you travel a lot and would like to leave luggage here, we will be happy to store your suitcases in a safe place until your next visit. Of course, we will also be happy to store your luggage on the day of departure.
