In our restaurant ‘au premier’, you can enjoy fresh market cuisine, regional specialties, or international dishes.
Some products, however, need a longer journey. 
For example, our popular alpine butter comes from the canton of Schwyz, raw milk cheese from Switzerland 
or Alsace - from Antony Eleveur de fromages - sourdough bread from Eigenbrötler in Wauwil and jam is homemade.

We are currently on our well-deserved company holidays, which will last until 5 January 2025. Our restaurants will be open for you again from 6 January 2025.
