In our restaurant ‘au premier’, you can enjoy fresh market cuisine, regional specialties, or international dishes.
Some products, however, need a longer journey.
For example, our popular alpine butter comes from the canton of Schwyz, raw milk cheese from Switzerland
or Alsace - from Antony Eleveur de fromages - sourdough bread from Eigenbrötler in Wauwil and jam is homemade.
